Shoemaker Levee is an original alternative/indie band with a unique style of rock that draws musical inspiration from many sources; classical, progressive, alternative, folk, and others.

Shoemaker Levee has played numerous downtown Toronto venues ranging from the Supermarket, El Mocambo, The Reverb, The Opera House, The Horseshoe Tavern, Lee’s Palace and the Rivoli. They are played frequently on Max FM (Orillia) and Rock 95 (Barrie). They won top three in the Gussapolooza Music Festival contest and top three in the Tall Pines Music Festival 2023 and 2024. They continue to support initiatives such as the Annual Terry Fox Run in Toronto.

Renowned Music Publicist Eric Alper states their music is “…fully invigorating and captivating… The influences on display (include) The Tragically Hip, Led Zeppelin, Rage Against the Machine, Nine Inch Nails and Iron Maiden.”

They are currently finalizing their third studio record, “Between the Lines”, planned for release in summer 2025.
