Convention Hours
Friday, Sept 13 – 3:00 PM – 9:00 PM
Saturday, Sept 14 – 11:00 AM – 7:00 PM
Sunday, Sept 15 – 11:00 AM – 6:00 PM
- Deadline: All submissions must be received by Friday, August 30th at 11:59 PM EST.
- How to Submit: Complete the submission form below.
- Participation Fee (you can do all three days or only 1 or 2 days of your choice) The fee is flat and will not change if you do all days or only 2 or 1.
- Option 1 – flat fee of $130 + hst (bring your own tent).
- Option 2 – flat fee of $295 + hst (tent and leg weights provided).
- Option 3 – flat fee of $420 + hst (tent provided with leg weights and six 2×8 metal grids to display artworks).
Cancellation Policy:
- Cancellation requests must be received by email.
- In the event of cancellation by the artist before August 31st, fees will be refunded, minus a $50 administrative fee.
- In the event of cancellation by the artist ON OR AFTER September 1st, there will be no refunds.
Once we have received your application, we will contact you with instructions on how to proceed with payment.
