Some of you may already know the Toronto natives, from their first mixtape Usual Suspektz Vol.1, an offering of infectious, hardcore, boom-bap beats with lyrical content that will satisfy the most solid hip-hop head to those who can appreciate music that not only makes your head nod, but sets your mind on a journey.
Volume 2 provides soundscapes from veteran producer DJ Mercilless (Benny The Butcher, Ghostface, Styles P, Moon Crickets) and is a continuation right where Volume 1 left off with standout songs such as “Weekend Thug” and lead-off single “Put In that work”.
